เมื่อวันที่ 5 เมษายน 2556 นายชาคร สุชีวะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิสบอน เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำให้แก่คณะผู้แทนกลุ่มมิตรภาพสมาชิกรัฐสภาไทย-โปรตุเกส ซึ่งมีนางพิไลพรรณ สมบัติศิริ สมาชิกวุฒิสภา พร้อมสมาชิกกลุ่มจำนวน 9 คน ในโอกาสที่กลุ่มมิตรภาพฯ เยือนโปรตุเกส ระหว่างวันที่ 3-9 เมษายน 2556 โดยในโอกาสการเยือนดังกล่าว คณะฯ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนาง Teresa Caeiro รองประธานรัฐสภา และหารือกับกลุ่มมิตรภาพสมาชิกรัฐสภาโปรตุเกส-ไทย ณ อาคารรัฐสภาโปรตุเกสด้วย

On 5 April 2013, H.E. Ambassador Chakorn Suchiva, hosted a dinner in honour of The Thai-Portugal Parliamentarians Friendship Group delegation of 9 members, led by Hon. Mrs. Bilaibhan Sampatisiri, on the occasion of the Group’s visit to Portugal from 3-9 April 2013.

During the visit, the Group paid a courtesy call on Hon. Mrs. Teresa Caeiro, Vice-President of the National Assembly, and had a meeting with the Portuguese counterpart.
