On 7 October 2025 Mrs. Kanokwan Pengsuwan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Lisbon, attended the launch event of “Impossible Coffee – The Toki Forest Coffee from Thailand” under the Delta Cafés brand, held at Delta House Experience, Lisbon. The Ambassador was welcomed by Mr. João Manuel Nabeiro, President of Nabeiro-Delta Cafés, and Mr. Rui Miguel Nabeiro, CEO of Nabeiro-Delta Cafés.

Impossible Coffee – The Toki Forest Coffee is a specialty coffee made from selected Arabica beans grown in Galyani Vadhana District, Chiang Mai Province, an area belonging to the Toki family which has been transformed opium-growing land into coffee plantations in the past 60 years following the Royal Initiative.

The Toki Forest Coffee received a score of 84.25 points from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This Coffee, originated in Thailand has been roasted and introduced to the Portuguese market by Nabeiro - Delta Cafés, a leading Portuguese coffee roasting and distributing company.  As a result, The Toki Forest Coffee represents a distinctive Thai community-based product that meets international quality standards.
