วันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2556 นายชาคร สุชีวะ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงลิสบอน เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำแก่คณะศึกษาดูงาน สถาบันพระปกเกล้า ซึ่งมี รศ.ดร. นิยม รัฐอมฤต ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยการเมืองการปกครอง ในโอกาสคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนซึ่งเข้าอบรมหลักสูตร "การเมืองการปกครองในระบบประชาธิปไตยสำหรับนักบริหารระดับสูง รุ่นที่ 17 เยือนโปรตุเกสระหว่างวันที่ 27 พ.ย. - 4 ธ.ค. 56 
 

On 28 November 2013, Ambassador Chakorn Suchiva hosted a dinner, at his Residence, in honour of the delegation from King Prajadhipok's Institue, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyom Rathamarit, Director of the College of Politics and Governance of King Prajadhipok's Institute, on the occasion of the visit of Portugal of the delegation, consisting of executives from Thailand's public and private sectors.
